The FPM is designed for two clear cohorts: working professionals (mid- to senior-level managers, consultants, CAs/CSs, and entrepreneurs) who want to add doctoral-level rigour to their practice via the Part-Time mode; and full-time scholars committed to academic and research careers via the Full-Time mode.
Yes. The Part-Time mode is purpose-built for working professionals — with weekend and evening coursework, flexible research milestones, and remote guide check-ins. Most of our Part-Time Fellows continue their careers throughout the programme.
Typically 3 to 5 years, depending on your mode and research progress. Full-Time scholars usually complete in 3–4 years; Part-Time Fellows in 4–5 years.

Every Fellow is assigned a senior faculty guide. You'll have access to LIBA's research labs, databases, doctoral colloquia, conference funding, and publication mentorship. Full-Time scholars are also eligible for research assistantships and stipends.
Yes. The LIBA FPM is an AICTE-approved doctoral-level Fellow Programme — accepted as the equivalent of a Ph.D. in management for academic appointments, research positions, and advisory roles across India and internationally.
